PFP Challange # 228 Christmas with a sentiment

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments on my previous post, it truly warms my hart :) 

This week we are launching our very special Mega Christmas challenge at Passion for Promarkers which runs for a whole month and ends on January 7th 2014!  I’m sure you’ll agree that both design teams have worked extremely hard once again this year and they deserve a little break to catch up on their last minute gifts and cards.  However to make up for the lack of challenges we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Our theme for the Mega Christmas challenge is a nice easy one “include a sentiment”.  You are welcome to make Christmas cards but as the challenge will still be running after the ‘BIG’ day you can of course make any type of creation as long as it includes a sentiment of some kind.  As time is precious for our DT at this time of year we are limiting the number of entries you can make to just 3 for this month long challenge.  Please remember to be eligible for our prizes you must use your promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, metallic or aqua markers.

For my card I have use a digi from Mo Manning - winter fairy Talva, Blue cardstock, a patterned paper, dies, white flowers, a metal snowflake. Around the image I have put some frantage - shabby blue and on the dress I put some  liquid pearl- white. On the wings I have put some Stickles - Stardust
I've put my sentiment: God Jul (Merry Christmas) on the fir-tree that I've put some white

embossing (wet) on.

Skin: Almond, Blush, Sunkissed Pink, Baby Pink

Hair: Satin, Tan
Blue tones: B117,B119, B128, B129

DT card - PFP - Shades of grey

Thank you so much for all the lovely comments on my previous post, it truly warms my hart :) 

It's time again for another challenge over at PFP. Theme for this challenge is - Shades of grey. To color with only grey tones is something I do all the time and enjoy :) It's a way to "get to know" the image and try different shades, if that makes any sens :)
Anyway I hope this will give you some inspiration and that you take out your Letraset pens and join the challenge over at  Passion for Promarker 

For my card I have use a digi from Mo's digital pensil - Baby Fairy Bee, and mixed patterned papers. Some grey and silver ribbon and purple flowers.

Forever & Always - Mo's digi "Marion"

Hope all is well with you all?
Here the autumn is showing its best side and are giving us some lovely rain. Almost all day and night.
This morning I got a realy nice Good Morning from the weather gods as I were walking to the car.The sky opened up and I got soaking wet in just a few hundred meters. It was as if someone had poured a bucket of water over me, not a pleasant experience. But I survived lol. However, it's perfect weather for crafting which is very positive lol.

Here, I'm rambling on, that's not why you're here :)

The card I am showing today is a digi from Mo's digital pencil. It is the sweet Marion. The image is colored with Pro, FlexMarkers and Trias.
Pattern paper is from Stamperia. I've used dies from Joy and Magnolia.

I gave my self a little challange. Orange :) Not my favorite colour, but I think I did okay ;)

A new folding - Baby fairies

För ett tag sen hittade jag en annorlunda vikning som jag bara var tvungen att testa. Tyvärr vet jag inte vad vikningen kallas, så om någon vet får ni gärna lämna en liten kommentar om det :)
Jag utgick från en färdig kortbas, dubbel 13,5x13,5. Längst ner i detta inlägg har jag försökt göra en beskrivning.

A while ago I found a different folding that I just had to try. Unfortunately, I do not know what the fold is called, so if someone knows you are welcome to leave a little comment about it :)
I started with a finished card base, 13.5 x13, 5. At the bottom of this post, I have tried to make a description of how to make this card

Jag har använt en hjärtformad die till min text. Sedan har jag färgat in den med distress ink.

Idag bjuder jag på ett kort med ett motiv från Mo Manning - Young Love. Ett motiv som är så himla charmigt. Kan sig mig själv och maken sitta där på parkbänken på ålderns höst  :)

Motivet är som vanligt färglagt med markers från Letraset :)

I can see my self and my hubby when we are old sitting there on the bench in the park :)
