DT-card for The Paper Shelter #217

It's time again for another challenge over at The Paper Shelter.  

The theme this week is:  Embossing of Any Kind. 

It's been some time sense I've used embossing. But it was fun to play with the heat gun again. :) First I used some glossy gesso and a mask but it come out so pail so it is hard to see. Then I put on some glittery embossing powder, then some pink and then I finished it of with some frantage vintage white.  :)

Looking forward to see what you all will come up with in the challenge :)

DT-card The Paper Shelter # 151

God Morgon!
Visst är det skönt det är att vi äntligen börjar få lite vår med varmare och ljusare dagar. Så skönt!!
Det är dags för en ny utmaning hos the Paper Shelter  när jag såg veckans tema Spring Delights  så kände jag direkt att det var den här digi:n jag ville ha med. Att kunna börja åka cab, och hänga undan vinterkläderna är väl vår om nåt :)

Tyvärr vet jag inte vad som hänt med min bilder, vet inte hur många gånger jag tog om bilden, inne, ute, med blix, utan blix, men den blir ändå blurrig :( Har för tillfället stora problem med min dator, det är mycket som inte funkar som det ska tyvärr, men en ny dator är inte allt för långt borta, längtar!!!

Hoppas ni allafall får lite inspiration av bilderna så ni vill delta i våran utamaning :)

He got an A tractor which means it is a rebuilt car that only goes 30 km / hour from his parents so I thought this card would suit. :)

PFP Challange # 228 Christmas with a sentiment

This week we are launching our very special Mega Christmas challenge at Passion for Promarkers which runs for a whole month and ends on January 7th 2014!  I’m sure you’ll agree that both design teams have worked extremely hard once again this year and they deserve a little break to catch up on their last minute gifts and cards.  However to make up for the lack of challenges we have some fantastic prizes up for grabs.

Our theme for the Mega Christmas challenge is a nice easy one “include a sentiment”.  You are welcome to make Christmas cards but as the challenge will still be running after the ‘BIG’ day you can of course make any type of creation as long as it includes a sentiment of some kind.  As time is precious for our DT at this time of year we are limiting the number of entries you can make to just 3 for this month long challenge.  Please remember to be eligible for our prizes you must use your promarkers, flex markers, tria markers, metallic or aqua markers.

For my card I have use a digi from Mo Manning - winter fairy Talva, Blue cardstock, a patterned paper, dies, white flowers, a metal snowflake. Around the image I have put some frantage - shabby blue and on the dress I put some  liquid pearl- white. On the wings I have put some Stickles - Stardust
I've put my sentiment: God Jul (Merry Christmas) on the fir-tree that I've put some white

embossing (wet) on.

DT card - PFP - Shades of grey

It's time again for another challenge over at PFP. Theme for this challenge is - Shades of grey. To color with only grey tones is something I do all the time and enjoy :) It's a way to "get to know" the image and try different shades, if that makes any sens :)
